Class Racing

From early April to the end of October sailors from six fleets race competitively every Sunday afternoon from 2:00-5:00 pm. The skill of the members ranges from beginners to national champions. All are welcome. You will find our experienced sailors most willing to share their knowledge. Their help and encouragement make those with less experience feel comfortable. Many beginners, and even long-time recreational sailors, are often hesitant to try racing but once you’ve been around the race course a few times your fear will be replaced by the excitement and challenge of the race. You’ll be hooked for life!
